You may have what it takes to join our Hisense team to support Consumer Electronic and Home Appliances within National Retailers as a Hisense Regional Field Manager.
Here are the details:
- Effectively coach a team of 15-20 direct reports by developing rapport and implementing personalized measures to gauge improvement including conducting coaching sessions, mentoring and corrective action plans
- Performs regular one-to-one meetings with direct reports and communicates performance accomplishments, improvements needed and sets expectations that drive alignment to business objectives
- Ensures proper staffing levels to meet program demands, approves and manages the proper recording of time worked and maintains productivity of the team
- Develops and maintains strong work relationships with retail leadership and store personnel to build credibility, trust and improve performance
- Manages expenses for their designated team to stay within budget
- Communicates daily via email and phone with the field team to ensure that they are on track with objectives
- Travels as needed to work with direct reports to improve performance and program results
- Facilitates training efforts, including one-on-one shadow training, role plays, and classroom-style training
- Aggregates best practices and creates processes from which the entire team can benefit
- Provides weekly reports to summarize progress to assigned KPI targets as well as action plans to address gaps
Pay Range: $65000 per year - $75000 per year
T-ROC
Here's what you need to ROC this role:
- Bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in management or marketing; or the equivalent of (5) years related retail management experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to use decision-making capabilities for the best interest of the company, clients, and team
- Strong leadership with a competitive spirit to lead team to exceed clearly articulate goals, objectives, and timelines
- Ability to read and manipulate spreadsheets, create presentations, and conduct effective meetings
- Possess the self-discipline to manage time effectively
- Strong customer service and selling skills with great interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, and lift 30lbs
- Must possess a valid driver's license, meet the requirements to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and carry/maintain auto insurance that meets the minimum coverage requirements as defined by T-ROC.
