Then T-ROC is the place for you, we are hiring a hands-on District Manager who will partner with the retailers on our EPSON program to develop product knowledge, increase product sales, and ensure compliant merchandising to drive brand awareness.


Here are the details:

  • Work Thursday through Monday and holidays is just part of the job!
  • Build relationships across multiple levels with retail partners
  • Conduct training sessions with the retail teams including product knowledge and sales strategies
  • Deliver training content in-aisle, virtually and at large formal group presentations
  • Develop retail visit plan based on client/account needs and KPI’s
  • Strategically manage monthly funds to maximize ROI within your district
  • Flawless event execution through a combination of training, scheduling, and ownership
  • Regular travel to stores within your district
  • Support client-initiated events

Here’s what you need to ROC this role:

  • 2-3 years of experience in retail management or similar
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be 18 years of age, Bachelor’s Degree nice to have
  • Proven ability and experience at training, leading, coaching, and developing a team to deliver great results
  • Outgoing interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in driving measurable and sustainable results
