This is a full-time, benefits-eligilbe and office-based role that requires working at our HQ location in Coral Gables.

Summary of Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic and amazing Receptionist for our corporate headquarters office in Coral Gables. Is that YOU?This person will be relating at ALL levels of our organization, from our CEO to the mail carrier.

You will come to us with some administrative skills and an incredible personality. You will have exposure and move organically within our organization, if that is what you desire!

We have had enormous success in transitioning employees into careers such as Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources in the past. The ideal candidate must be personable, responsible, organized and ready to wear different hats. The candidate works closely with different departments in the Corporate Office and is assigned a variety of responsibilities. We need someone with a professional appearance,have proven time management skills, and be able to multi task. You are someone who we can trust to work on your own and get the job done.

You have experience and a better than beginner working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Some responsibilities will include meeting notes, calendars, and expenses. Must play well with others!


  • Greet all visitors and our T-ROC employees warmly and provide excellent customer services for all guests
  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Handle all situations with grace and poise
  • Maintain the appearance of the lobby and conference room, which sometimes can be messy after a meeting or luncheon.
  • Schedule meetings and conference rooms
  • Ensure reception and common areas are always looking incredible.
  • Manage FedEx and UPS shipments to and from the office
  • Maintain parking validation and visitor passes
  • Handle weekly office orders (kitchen, copy room) and ensure they are placed in the proper areas when they arrive
  • Youa re the person to keep our kitchen areas stocked and in order twice a day.
  • Handle host responsibilities for special office events, including set up, and clean up


  • High School or GED a must
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Multitasking of multiple projects with critical attention to detail
  • Initiative, reliability and stress tolerance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of office equipment printer, scanner, postage machine, etc.
